Scharpling and Wurster bit

I'm trying to remember the bit in which Wurster was playing a guy who eventually reveals that he composes marching band music. He plays some samples including "Girls Girls Girls" and "Me So Horny".
Does anyone know the name of the Best Show Best episode which featured this? I hope this isn't too vague, thanks.
