I applaud the sentiment (and the cute kitty) but there's already a thread for this:

I was responding to this:

I think whenever the Wire section is retired from this board, we need a pets section. (I was gonna say a cats section but I don't want to discriminate)

I'm thinking I might just cancel myself out of this.  I'm gettin tired of this letdown parade.

I believe that Erika's desire was for a whole section of the forum specifically devoted to our furry (and scaly, slimy, etc.) friends. Which would be awesome by the way. We should create a poll and decide.

He (she?) isn't exactly our pet, but my son and I were thrilled to capture these videos of a fox burying a dead squirrel just outside the kitchen window:

Love how it uses its nose to drag the dirt and leaves into place.

I'm glad your kid stopped you from knocking on the window.  Ya big dummy.

(The videos were keen, by the way.)

I actually did knock on the window, but only after he walked on to the path (you can see him startle a bit).  I knocked again when I thought he might turn the corner and go into the garage, baring his razor sharp / rabies tinged fangs.

As far as I can tell, he hasn't dug up his snack yet.  Maybe it's more tasty after it starts to turn.  Like a big block of flesh cheese.
