It was over 80 degrees in LA today, and I spent it at the beach.  Don't worry--summer is well on its way for the rest of the country, too.  What are your favorite summertime songs?  To listen to while grilling, or on the porch, or in the car...?

I don't know about you Susannah, but whether I'm driving around in my convertible in my seersucker shorts, plaid sneakers and oversized sunglasses, grilling big juicy beef burgers on the barbeque in my sarong and flipflops, or dancing through the sprinkler in my daisy bikini, you know I'll be listening to these hot babes.  Take it away, Nick, Kevin and Joe:

Cruel, cruel Jane.

What's wrong with big sunglasses?  Don't tell me you're one of those McCarren Park mutants.

Brother Ali! Nice!

I totally forgot this one and was reminded during a Conan rerun last night:

I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Haha.  What, no love for the Jonas brothers?  I'm gonna tell Tom on you, and then you'll be in big trouble.

Yeah, I'm not really one for the big sunglasses and when I do hangout in MCCarren park I'm usually lying around on the grass, without a blanket, right on the muddy ground, like an animule.
