There are only four pages of Google results for this phrase and a few seem to attribute it to the Best Show. Is it used elsewhere, or is the guy who does the Sox Blog, for example, a Best Show listener?

I can confirm Mike Miliard as a Best Show enthusiast.  He also once quoted Recidivism's x amount in a feature on YouseTube.

I'm dumb -- I'd actually seen that article before but didn't notice he was the same guy behind the Sox Blog.
