I would like to reiterate how tremendous he has been in dealing with everything regarding the marathon - he has a pretty thankless job dealing with problems and requests.  I had a problem with my mouse pledge being accounted for and needed to change my address, and he was absolutely on the ball and a complete gentleman.  Kudos, sir!

He was very nice about changing a mistake I made while filling out my pledge form. I take my hat off to him.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Ditto, he's been great to deal with on the couple things that went all screwy with my pledge too.

I made a winter pledge last year just to get the great Woof-Moo shirt. They forgot to send the shirt and Joe was so great in taking care of it. I too support Joe McGasko for a Good Guy award.

Thanks to Joe!  I got the same CDs after my second pledge that I got the first time - Joe was able to get things straightened out and I got the right ones today.  Thanks, Joe!

I haven't gotten anything from the minithon.
