On Conan's first show tonight they titled the episode Baa Baa Blackmail. The first thing this made me think of was how long until they use Tom's favorite Eeny Meeny Miney Murder.

On The League (the Paul Scheer Vehicle) a couple episodes ago they tease Andre about being a boyfriend chameleon, like when he was dating a hippie girl. Andre replies "Hey, Starchild was great". Knowing what a fan Scheer is of the Best Show I can just see him going through that list of hippie names from Hippie Johnny and choosing his favorite - Starchild.

I know I am probably reaching here, but during Weekend Update on SNL last night they made a joke about A Prairie Home Companion putting people to sleep.  Also on 30 Rock a few weeks ago, Jack talked about Reaganing.  Like I said, I'm reaching.  But it wouldn't be a surprise if Tom had some fans writing these shows.

I'm with you on that one ... I totally thought of "Reagan '84" when I saw that episode.

I agree with this one too, but sometimes I do feel like I'm in A Beautiful Mind, tying strings between Newbridge characters and one off jokes from TV shows.
