What are those shirts anyway? I see all kinds of people wearing them,  but with different people on the shirt like its a make your own shirt thing.

They were a famous Beatles shirt (Paul & John & George & the drummer guy)

Yeah, it was a trend a few years back for listing all sorts of things (sports teams, characters, etc.)
