What's the Wurster call where he ends joke with "you piece of liberal garbage"?

Wurster's character is relaying a joke he told, and the joke ends with something like "you piece of liberal garbage". What's funny about it is that it's a complete non sequitur.

I listened to this very recently, and I am not 100% sure on this, but I believe this is either:

4/2/2013: “Sewer Skunks” star Stench Monroe checks in.
4/9/2013: Newbridge State Community College handball coach Orenthal Harrups catches up with Tom.

Cameron, thank you so much, you found it! It's at 2:31:50 of the 4/9/2013 Orenthal Harrups call. That would have driven me crazy for the rest of my days.
