saw Strawberry alarm Clock Saturday...they were great.

Next show is St Vitus with Scott Reagers singing, then Dinosaur Jr.

Athens, Georgia has a bunch of shows coming up.

Deerhunter at the Georgia Theater Jan. 10.  They put on a good show and their newest album is pretty good.

Camper Van Beethoven is playing the 40 Watt for a couple of days starting the Jan 19th (along with Cracker of course).  I think David Lowery teaches a music business class at UGA.

Kurt Vile is playing the 40 Watt on Jan. 28
Drive by Truckers early Feb.

I have their first record. They played a VFW hall in Tampa a while back. It sold out quickly and I wasn't able to see them.

Pallas is playing at 529 in Atlanta.  They're a new band but very very good. 4/3/17

Also Omni is playing at 529 with a record release party.  Tom's played them on the show.  4/7/17

Just got back from the Debauch-a-Reno fest with the Mummies, Reighning Sound, Oblivions, Reverend Beat Man, Haunted George, etc....such an amazing time. Any other FOTs go?

Sounds like a good fest. Hey Mike, I'll be in SF in mid May.  Could you recommend any good venues to see shows?
