I'm not cool enough
« on: July 17, 2007, 03:08:29 PM »
Apparently I'm not cool enough for AST.  I tried registering weeks ago and still haven't heard anything.  I'm assuming that means they did a "cred" check on me and the numbers weren't good.

Did you get this email?

If so, did you reply to the email, as it requests?  It's unfortunate, but it's a measure we've taken to weed out spam accounts.  Although your churlish post on the subject ("cred check") makes me queasy, I'd be happy to help you out if you want to PM me the username and email you attempted to register with.  A word of advice, though - it would've been a good idea to try emailing someone from the site (our emails aren't hard to find) before posting about it on a different message board.
