I was a little testy this week because there was no new Best Show to keep me sane. But holy moly, what a great consolation prize I got. I went to my first Ted Leo show last night which totally took the edge off. Just a fun pre-Thanksgiving (Canadian version) show in my hometown when I needed it the most.
TL, I think I shook your hand and traded FOT cred, but I was wasted so I can barely remember. I do remember from where I was standing that I kept getting pushed aside by that one intense guy who kept running back and forth from the bar to buy you shots.
Anyway, thanks TL for bringing your "southern" charm to our frigid northern outpost.
