Ed Levine
« on: October 15, 2007, 02:23:56 PM »
For the last year or so I've noticed this odd looking guy around my apartment complex. He has this big mess of hair (my room mate refers to him as Sideshow Bob) and is typically dressed in a dark trench coat with a keyboard themed scarf.

A few months a go, I found this poster crammed into my mailbox:

Here's his Myspace page (Watch the videos!):

Can you believe he has only seventeen friends on Myspace? I say that we make his career happen. One of you AST types should post this over there, because we're in on the ground floor.

We're movers and shakers people, let's make this happen.

I'm in.
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

I'm feeling a little Mean Girls here.  But even more importantly, his music reminds me of this weird vinyl album I had as a kid which was this Flash Gordon parody.  It was this highly theatrical 70s rock along the lines of Alice Cooper, Queen, and/or Meat Loaf and was full of double-entendres.  Are there any lonely hippies out there who might know what I'm talking about?

I (seriously) like him.  He would fit right in on Tony Coulter's show ... sounds like one of those Jesus Rock groups.  Something on Companion Records.

Great moments in horrible stage directions:

I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!
