Maybe Brad Sommerstant (sp?) should run - perhaps he'll get the date right this time. That is, if he hasn't Safety-Danced his way to the swim that never ends.

Danzig has my vote, hands down.  I don't even need to hear any other candidates.

Also, I would pay good money to see a band called Pancake Mosh Pit.

Today, I offer my endorsement of Horse for mayor of Newbridge.

I feel change in the air. I have marveled at his grit and grace, and am proud to offer my full support to his candydacy in the mayubinatorial election.

From the beginning, he opposed the war against Oldbridge.  And let no one deny that truth.

With Horse, we will turn the page on the old politics of misrepresentation and distortion.

With Horse we will close the book on the old politics of jocks against nerds, slobs against snobs, and slap-fighters against belt-whippers.

There was another time, when another young candidate was running for office and challenging Newbridge to cross a new frontier. He faced criticism from the preceding officeholder, who was widely respected.

And John Kennedy replied, 'The world is changing. The old ways will not do. ... It is time for a new generation of leadership.

So it is with Horse.

I understand why I've been thrown into two hate pits, but please know I'm not wishing for an end to the show!  I want it to last forever, especially having just discovered it over the past year and a half.

That one caller who threw hate into the hate pit?  I'm with him.

I am throwing people who throw hate into the hate pit into my hate pit.

I don't get it.  Do you have to be a certain kind of special somebody to get people to respond to your postings?  I started a post that is basically the same as this one.   ???

 Yes, you do.*

Perhaps it has something to do with Sun Ra fandom.

 Then again, maybe not.

*I kid.

Well, in fairness this thread was already way on its way when you started yours. The search function is your friend, etc.
