Please. You're just adding fuel to the fire. Also, I'm not behind at least the first two teams you mentioned. It is possible to not give a crap either of them and live in Boston. I would like to see the Celts and Bruins make something happen, if only if it serves to bring some attention to (at least in my opinion) two far more entertaining sports than the boring-no-matter-where-you-live pro baseball and football. Plus, we all know that the Puppy Bowl is the only real sport worth watching at all.
i hear you tim, im just as annoyed at the yahooism that has engulfed the local sports scene as you are.  i'd trade in a superbowl to get another nba title or a stanley cup. i was just playing into the stereotype.

I dreaded this day, since I work evenings and never get to hear the show live. so i can't make it.  You guys have my Boston FOT moral support. Tom has been heavy on the Boston bashing lately, this is a great way to show him Boston doesn't ruin everything and that we can get behind both The Best Baseball, Football and Basketball Teams in the Country and The Best Show on WFMU.

I like to consider myself a man who breaks down barriers.  I am a huge football fan but I also own a puppy bowl DVD.   Controlled violence fueled by HGH and puppies are both great.  We can all live in harmony!

What if you combined HGH with Puppies? There's a reality show waiting to happen.

Wouldn't that just turn them into...dogs?

Hey - this subject discussion looks like its dying on the vine here!
Boston FOT listening party - is it gonna happen or what? I know there's enough people to do it.

Really?  About two of the replies actually interested in the party part of this post so far.  I'll start looking into some things and get back ya but definitely keep posting if your interested.

Chris I was thinking of trying to organize something in the Somerville, Davis/ Porter area.  What do you think?  Anybody have a better idea?

I'm willing to bet almost half the FOTs in Greater Boston live in Somerville.

I'm down when I return from my Winter break. My roommate would probably be game as well seeing as how he's the one who introduced me to TBSOWFMU...and yes we live in Somerville by Davis Square.

It would turn them into a lethal combination of Cujo and The Dingo that Ate My Baby. But they would still be small, like the rabbit that attacked Jimmy Carter.
