Thanks, guys! Thanks, Dorvid, for posting it (I knew Facebook would be useful for something). And thanks, Matt, I've taken great pains to keep my beard as entertaining as possible. And Gilly, happy birthday to your wife, and thanks to everyone for the kind words. Becoming a FOT was a highlight of 2007 and I hope to meet as many of you in person as I can in 2008.
My big celebration was last night, when I went to another friend's 40th and brought a whole crew from there to a second party, where I met the esteemed Mr. Jason, who is also a great guy. Today I slept until noon and am planning to cook these sea scallops I got at the farmer's market yesterday with a recipe from the Julia Child cookbook. Also, I'm going to try and get a prescription filled on a Sunday, and I might vacuum. The fun never ends in fast-paced world of show-biz obscurity!
