Guess The Screen Cap Mark II

I know there was a thread here of movie stills with folks trying to guess which is which. Figured I would start up a new thread of it. Here is the first one. The actor is pretty easy to recognize but what's the film.

Is the first one from Tapeheads?  The first still made me think so, and since the second is of a fake video, I'm now pretty sure I'm right.

I noticed, Sploops.  I figured you just wanted another ogle of Mr. Gulager, who was so particularly attractive in the role featured here, don't you think?  I seem to recall socks with garters and a large bare bottom.

I have no idea what movie the other two stills are from, by the by.
