Tom seems to blame the FOT Chat's recent boom for the dearth of interesting calls. I would hustle the board to call in, but I've only called in twice, and I've been nervous and incoherent both times. When callers like Evan From Providence crash and burn, I feel for them, and I want to avoid their fate.
Last week's show was tough: Air America fucked up, there were a lot of GOMPs, the Bill Murray story was a lousy, lousy running gag, and the Petey saga has taken some weird turns. But the recent shows have been more good than not. You can't recognize a W if you've never seen an L.
Air America, on the other hand, is deep, deep in the crapper.
