That's sad.  I wasn't really a fan, but this girl at the school I work at was actually in tears about it.  Seemed like a good guy.  I just heard about it and googled and saw those pictures of him as the joker.  Yeesh!  This is a pretty sad story.

i was just talking the other day with someone about how the new Joker's make up looks really reminiscent of the Crow.

Yeah I cried a little. I really liked him and when I was watching Brokeback I kinda thought he could have been the new Paul Newman or something... I remember thinking how much I was looking forward to seeing his whole career. And I don't usually sit around thinking about actors' futures.
