Has anyone on this board actually seen Wicker Man, or have we all just watched the youtube montage?

I've seen it. It's as bad as everyone tells you.

Me, too.  Awful.  I wasn't a big fan of the original, but it positively glows by comparison.

No one should subject themselves to the entirety of the Wicker Man remake.  Just watch the youtube montage.  It's hilarious, and it's all you need.  All the funny stuff happens in the last 15 minutes of the movie; the preceding 90 minutes or whatever is just awful.

Also, when Tom was running through Nic Cage's IMDb filmography some weeks past, he glossed over Matchstick Men, including that in Cage's bounty of bad movies.  I don't know if Tom has actually seen that movie, but it's GREAT.  Along with Adaptation and Bringing Out the Dead (which Tom also unfairly snubbed), it's one of the best things Cage has been in.

Bringing out the Dead wasn't a bad movie per se.  My biggest apprehension about it was that it played out like a sequel to Taxi Driver, a movie which doesn't really demand a sequel.  It also did not feel like it was created at a significant point in time for that movie to have any sort of lasting impact.

I just saw him in Next.  He's creepier than ever.  I wanted to shout to Jessica Biel to run away.

HIS NAME IS OXIDE.

I know. Movie might be good, but Cage didn't look too hot.

The picture in my head of you saying this with maybe some crazy-eyes and a really pleading voice made me giggle in a big embarrassing way.

In the trailer for Bangkok Dangerous? he looks like Gene Simmons.

Like any alcoholic, Nick believes that quitting drinking will make him less interesting. If there was ever an opprotunity to save his life and keep him from acting at the same time, I say we support it.

It can be true, though. For instance, I wish Tracy Morgan would start drinking again.

Close! I am a big fan of your vlog.

My favourite part of this week's was how you did that for five straight minutes without blinking and then segued straight into a rant about the economy. And your crazy take on the presidential race! Gold, my friend. Pure, insightful, comedic gold.
