Didn't know what to expect last night when Flamin' Floyd came in like an Uncle in a Santa Clause outfit.    Was a great show, one for the vaults.  Congratulations Tom and WFMU!

The Flamer from Frisco made me laugh so hard I woke up one of my housemates.

That Blue is a great device for dispensing with guys like The Gorch and the Flamer who come on strong but out-wear their welcome.

Congratulations Tom!  Who woulda thought back in the days of '02 when I first started listening that this show would the phenomenon it is today.  Hero!!

I got the bastard hellflu yesterday and spent the entirety of last night waking up every twenty minutes in a cold sweat. I'm the sickest I've ever been. And this thread is like chicken soup for me. Or at least 7-Up and soda crackers.

I called my pledge in, but couldn't listen. I also couldn't think of any inspiring words for Tom. But I'm sure there were plenty of those.

I cannot wait to hear the show!

Shovel follow-up with photos

Nice follow-up, but they claim it all went down in "New York, NY"!  No!  The magic happened in JC!

EDIT: Ha!  They just fixed this!

We shouldn't have to check out the shovel to see photos of the show!

New Jersey/New York?  Where is that? Midway through the Holland?

We should be flush with accomplishment.

And customized jokes, no less. It's like a my Camero had a racing stripe run down the side!

I only heard the last 30 minutes, but I agree, it was an inspirational show. My son and I gathered around the computer to hear the magic.

What's long brown and sticky? A stick! Hahaha. And the finale was nothing short of TRANCENDATORY. Thanks, Tom. Even though I pledged, I still feel like I owe you one.
