Oh, for crying out loud, people, stop being so literal. My post was a response to Stupornaut's "To hell with FOTchan. Sunlight is the best disinfectant!" not a revelation about my habits.

I personally think it has to do with the over-consumption of intoxicating beverages and lack of vegetables in my diet. However, you are right Sarah about needing at least 20 minutes of sun per day. Lots of kids are growing up and having bone problems because they always wore sunscreen growing up. Sunscreen is still good, but to be healthy you need some time in the sun without it.
