 I considered starting a picture thread of profound embarrassment, but it looks like Emily beat me to it. Since my former bandmates have put these up and tagged them on Myspace, I give you Glueneck circa 1993.

 Listeners of the show from 2001-2002, look upon the shirt and feel my eternal shame. I got it when I saw them open for Fishbone in 1989:
