You know what?  Seson three is not so bad the second time through.  It has it's own unique charm.  Still don't like the ending, though.

I agree. At the time when it was airing, the episodes just lacked any kind of flow. But when you can sit there and watch a handful in a go, it works a lot better.

I watched it the first time on DVD, and I kept watching for hours, hoping I'd get to a good episode.  For me, it was more that the second time I was willing to let it be itself and I wasn't full of hopes and dreams.
