I would like to hear what the FOT think about an Obama/Hillary ticket.

I have mixed views. On the one hand she has a lot of support, and she's really smart. On the other hand it would be sort of like weird and creepy.

Not having a politics board won't prevent people from talking about it, though.  It would merely segregate it.  I voted against it, anyway, because I always click "check unread posts" so boards are pretty much meaningless to me.  By this same reasoning, I could just as easily have voted for it, of course.

i would vote for it, but i see how messy it gets discussing mundane topics.  not good.  and people, in general, take politics pretty seriously.

so i say bring it to FOTchan and let us sling mud at each other there.  no hard feelings.

Anytime somebody wants to post an opinion it's posted in Chinatown. I don't like it and I don't love it either.

Oh come on. Are we not adult enough to discuss our opinions and put our names behind them?

I think Obama's a plant by the Mufti of Arrakis, that Hillary killed Vince Foster with her bare hands, and that McCain is a manchurian candidate ready to push the earth into a punji pit.

And I personally demand a forum in which to express these opinions!

I just voted "yay" but I don't even know why.  If it becomes a bunch of arguments about how the dems should strategize and also a bunch of arguments about who's more victimized, Obama in his blackness or Hillary in her womanness, that'd be annoying, but then again I could just not read it.  My personal opinion is people shouldn't worry so much about their party's strategizing and just shut up and vote already.
