I'm listening to Pat Duncan's 2008 premium. "Jesus Freaks" by World War IX is playing. It starts out with the Pizza Bagel jingle, but "Jesus" replaces Pizza Bagel.

Jesus in the mornin'
Jesus in evenin'
Jesus at suppertime

And then this part I'm not sure about, but I think he sings, "When you have Jesus on a cross, you can have Jesus anytime."

Edit: I just listened to the version on mySpace and sussed out the correct lyrics: "When you nail Jesus to the fuckin' cross, you got Jesus all the time." No, they didn't cuss on the version they performed on Pat Duncan's show.

ha! my mom sent me an email last night and all it said was: "i just watched the neverending story. it's still great!"

hopefully, she'll be keeping me updated on all the movies from my childhood that she happens to catch on cable.

Which is a ripoff of the song from the late '50s "Sugartime." But that song's old so it must be dumb.

Surprisingly true!  I felt that it held up better than I suspected it would.  And the part at the end where he chases down the bullies on the dog/dragon thing still made me laugh.
