I wonder if Skeevy would get the Bose headphones treatment or if he and Vance would somehow manage to hit it off.

I think the analysis of the Genesis/Phil Collins/Peter Gabriel/Mike and the Mechanics by Vance and Mackro has closed a few files on the subject, great bit.
Of all the guys, I am one of them.

*One of the best GOMPs ever
*Vance and the dangers of time travel on Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel's career
*Earn your beard.  You'll know when it's time
*"We use numbers to measure age, not the ability to grow facial hair."

Just an all around great show last night.

Another great show, yes.

What's going on with Tom and PFT? Tom didn't list the Tompcast in his roster of favorite podcasts and PFT has been noticeably absent for months now.

The GOMP of the "You're the thing I love to hate guy" was SO great. Normally I can see those coming, but this one totally caught me off guard. I was literally holding onto my kitchen counter for support.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Best: the Alabammy Comet's call: going up an octave or two with Olivia Newton John's "Magic" and recommending going back in time to stop antihestimine from hearing of the Best Show.  I can picture Jason parking his Tardis in Richmond and sneaking around shutting computers off or honking his horn to drown out people who are trying to tell what's his face about the show.

Worst: I love to hate you Tom guy

Back to 2nd Best: “You said I was childish and you hung u…”
Vandalism! Sick vandalism! When I get my hands on the little punks I'm gonna hang them by their Buster Browns!

Is anyone else dying to hear a conversation between Andy Zax and Vance?

Yup.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

Yup.

Absolutely.  This needs to happen.

I met Andy and Lisa Jane at the Gathering of the FOT a couple of years ago.  They were - LB here - extraordinarily nice, total class acts.

Even so, I was surprised by just how charming their appearance on the Best Show earlier this year was.  Not that I didn't think they'd be charming, but it was one of the better guest appearances in the history of the show, and that includes a lot of really interesting and funny people doing a lot of guest appearances.

Of course, most guests don't have a personal relationship with the Demon Himself.

''Oh my God, Rush was a horrible period for Canada'' - So heartfelt, I really felt for the little guy, no one should have to endure that.
Of all the guys, I am one of them.

Vance. Genesis. That is all.

Dark Greggulator LOVED Jason's call and dumb dumb's failed attempt at a retort.

The very special James call. That was touching.
