The worst was that ding dong suggesting Sarah Silverman has a beard.  And right after Tom was nice to him asking "Why am I mad at you? I'm not mad at you. This is 2012."

Am I even a villain anymore?

You're Bret after he reunited the Hart Foundation. Welcome to Canada.

Because I am a charitable person and it is 2012, I choose to believe said ding dong was attempting to make a funny reference to Ms. Silverman's occasional wearing of false comedy mustaches, and not just being a gross dick.

Oh. Reference went over my head.

Is there any other message board in the world where you can get into a heated debate with a puppet?

...and Tom's as well, largely because it was really poorly thought out and delivered, what with mustaches not being beards (in the English language, anyway -- in German, the word for mustache is "Schnurrbart").

Yes. It might help if he mentioned mustaches, which are not beards.

I took it as a dig to SS because she talks about herself being hairy in her comedy. I thought he was beating her up with her own comic device.

But trust me, she is as attractive as attractive can be in person. JEALOUS, MUCH!?!

Tom.

Greggulator beat me to that by ONE SECOND on twitter. Fignuts.

Anyway, tonight's show was a triumph in spite of the rash of bad callers.
  • Gary chatting with Mike
  • Tom GOMPing said bad callers (Tony x3!!!)
  • Tom answering Vance's trivia question... amazing.
  • Best PBR call in ages
  • DC trying not to laugh while Gary is talking about movies

the only thing missing was Lake Y'allbegone

So, I wanted to see if Gary the Squirrel had a twitter account and I googled him. Apparently Gary the Squirrel was a thing in Blades of Glory?

Gary the squirrel sounds suspiciously similar to Andrew Dice Clay's girlfriend.

Gary Vs Mike!

my favorite bits:

Mike (dismissive): "so you are into movies, that is your thing?"

and later, Gary responding to mikes criticism of his gift wrapping job

Gary: "Im not trying to leave a large carbon foot print, you dunce"

too many quotes to mention, This show was awesome 8)

edit: and I was proud(?) to shout out loud "hawkwind!" to vances trivia challenge heh
