If Tom wants to go truly Canadian, he needs to reference Corner Gas, get wistful about that one version of the Hockey Night in Canada theme, and say "Chimo" as a greeting ironically.

It really was the best gas station on the Saskatchewan prairie.

The chat room was extremely quiet last night.

"The 'a' word"

Loved the quick hangup on Bob. I used to be fairly pro-bob but after the 'let the president do his job!' tweet I'm not as sympathetic. His Twitter is tragic, but I can't unfollow. Tom needs dopes to clown on anyway.

We need to make PeeperTalk a thing. Whip Talk was a great satire of the idea, but only one "hobby" deserves the airtime: peepin'.

The only thing the pre-taped show was missing:

I'm not done with the pretaped ep on disappointment, but the guy who called about the chip-buddy was a delight. His laughter during Tom's 2001 trivia riff was super infectious.

I JUST Listened to the Chip-Buddy guy and man, that was a boost. It is crazy hearing like sincere mirth during a call.

It's a Chip Butty, by the way, a sandwich where the filling is french fries (and butter, because apparently the fries by themselves don't have enough grease?)
