I fear H-Man will be like the cool, older babysitter left in charge.

The one that everyone is trying to impress.  Vying for his attention.  Etc.  The one who lets you get away with things you might otherwise not have been able to get away with, like:

"Well, Tom let's us curse on-air."

or:

"We get to stay on later than 11pm."

Tom lets us have two bowls of ice cream ... in the bathtub.

This Tom-leaving-the-show stuff is like hurricane season: it always happens, and we always (if we're lucky) get through it.

Best analogy ever. Also, sometimes it can smash a car through a tree.

The H-man can only be one person - Hammerhead, who I believe still has his hat in the mayoral race.  I just hope he doesn't rely too much on the Taang! back catalog for his playlist.

At any rate I hope this is all a big joke, though I would understand anyone wanting to move on to new things.

Sounds like someone was working as a conduit for nature's natural vengeance.  Just like Jesus.  And some of the others.

Word snob?  Me?

... guilty as charged.  But mostly just with "Simile," and when people say "but yet."
