The Guardian have a lot of good film blogs on their site, and if you subscribe to their rss feed, you get them all. Unfortunately, this means that you, amidst all the good stuff from Peter Bradshaw and Xan Brooks, also get one of the worst movie-related blogs I've read, written by Lisa Marks, who is a struggling (I'm guessing; however, incredibly self-important) comedian/journalist/screenwriter who moved to Los Angeles in search of a career. She devotes a lot of time to lame namedropping and other assorted celeb-by-asssociation tales, in a "gosh, you wouldn't believe who I saw at the supermarket! That's just LA for you!"-way. Most of the time it's just straight up unreadable.
Why do I bring this up? Because in her most recent entry,
she bumps into Kevin Smith, and I can't help passing that along, can I?
