Anybody catch last night's premiere of Always Sunny? The first episode was so-so (not a good choice for a premiere) but the second one was classic.

I skipped it, but then had to download it because of this clip. Man hunting Man is one of my favorite Gilligan's Island style premises!

Does Anna Paquin's attempt at a southern accent bother anybody else? Why does she get so many parts requiring her to speak in that twang? Did people see her in X-Men and decide she did a great southerner?

The accent doesn't bother me nearly as much as that gap in her teeth. ZING!

I couldn't stand True Blood in general. I'm really surprised HBO ended up already picking up another season.

I watched the previews of Little Britain USA.

I can't honestly recommend it.  I thought the first season of LB was high-larious, but everything since has been just redoing the same jokes over and over and over.

It's Little Britain with Americans playing the straight people.  Skip it.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

I don't know about this, and also, "Little Britain" isn't even that funny.

I've seen the first season - the only sketch that did anything for me was the one with the Russian babysitter. Unfortunately, it may have been the only one they didn't rehash 10 more times.

Little Britain  didn't do much for me either. As much as I find scummy brits funny.

I didn't like last week's SNL but Fred Armisen's impression of American Apparel's Dov Charney right now is hilarious.

Just feel I should report further on It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, because I promoted it strongly before without actually watching what I downloaded first. While it's quite a bit more hit and miss this season, the hits are still there and the gut laughs are actually still worth waiting for. As annoying as I can find that shock-comedy thing they do to be, it still has a cleverness and a wit that makes it unique and watchable. Report over!

First casualty of the new season - 'Do Not Disturb'.

I feel like Brad from Newbridge feels. Now my Jerry O'Connell back tattoo just looks stupid.

I didn't particularly like that show, but Fox makes these decisions ridiculously quickly.

Survivor... Don't judge. :P
All we get is regular-ass TV (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS) and Netflix - cable and it's ilk are a waste of time/money.
When is LOST coming back? It's the only worthwhile thing on ABC.

I'm in the same boat HOS. I miss watching sports but that's about it. Almost everything good is legally online anyway and Netflix has a lot of good shows on their instant queue. Have you bought yourself a converter box yet? You'll get about 6 or 7 new channels and a crystal clear picture.

Tomorrow night is full of season and series premieres.... Fox's Sunday Night Animation Lineup returns and two new HBO series. Hopefully there'll be some laughs there. It's Always Sunny has been good but there's not much new comedy out there right now.
