Neil Young and Crazy Horse at the Garden. Dec 16th 2008
« on: December 17, 2008, 04:02:34 AM »
Neil Young and his band Crazy Horse played the Garden last night. I'd never seen Niel Young before and was really looking forward to this show.
Mixing his hits with arguably too many of what Neil Young called "hidden tracks," ( I just like to hear songs I know) Young and Crazy Horse put on a polished and powerful show.

Some of the songs performed were Hey Hey My My (Into the Black), Cinnamon Girl, The Thrasher, Cowgirls in the Sand, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, Ohio, Keep On Rocking In the Free World, and a cover of A Day in the Life.

Here are some shots from the show.

Wilco opened up...

I love how Wilco opened for Neil. As in, second-rate. Not dissing Wilco tho', just saying is all.

That is Dan Aykroyd in his old man judge make-up from Nothing But Trouble and nothing will convince me otherwise.
This may be the year I will disappear.
