I don't like cleaning up my cats' vomit. What's with the grass eating? Why do they have to eat grass?

Oh... shit. I'm a goner.
Too soon?

Every dog I know will eat not only its own vomit but anyone else's.  The same goes for shit.*  Yet I love 'em.

*Cats' grass eating and subsequent vomiting is innocuous in comparison.  And the dogs take care of the cleanup anyway.

I flipped out when I discovered that Dogmo is a pit-mix, as my girlfriend and I have an adopted pit ourselves:

(Everybody loves Blake, but often when we say "pit bull", they drop the smile and instantly get a look of complete horror on their faces. That's right, they just contracted a deadly disease from petting the bloodthirsty beast... In such situations we like to use him as physical evidence in relating that the breed gets an undeservedly bad rap from the general public and the mainstream media)

NOW, to know that Tom encourages listeners to adopt instead of going to some shit-for-brains dog breeder hobgoblin... AWESOME! Why can't more people with a similar influence on the public at large be as intelligent as Kid Jersey?

Now all we need is for Tom to devote a topic to preferred methods of torture for those Michael Vick and Cesar Milan dirtbags.

His methods are antiquated and cruel... and you can tell as soon as you see how stressed out and scared some of the pets he has on the show are. And it's not just how he suggests a jab in the neck or a kick behind the ribs... the worst thing you can do with a dog-aggressive dog is to put them in a pen with a bunch of OTHER dogs.

He's even admitted to not being a certified dog trainer, he's just some dude who provides half-assed easy fixes for lazy celebrities, so of course somebody had to give him TV show.

PS, I'm not some PETA nutbag... the American Humane Association deemed his methods "inhumane".

My neighbor has a pit bull. He looks like a total sweetheart and he always just whines at me, but my neighbor (who is a big of a dirt bag) showed me the scars on his hands where the dog attacked him.

Also, the pit isn't fixed. And neighbor has no intention of breeding him. I just don't see the point... get the fucking dog fixed. If he had the motivation to escape, the fence they have around their yard wouldn't hold him for even a second.

And his cojones are huge. HUGE.

That guy sounds like a real dope.

Does he realize that by not getting the dog fixed, he's just contributing to a lower quality of life for any puppies his dog might sire? It will also ease his dog's aggression by a factor of a babillion... still though, pit bulls typically are not human-aggressive unless they feel threatened or have been taught to behave that way.

ill take your word on this, my dog was naturally awesome with little to no effort on my part. at least the guy is pro-pitbull to an audience that was otherwise probably pretty prejudiced towards them

man some dude stole my thunder last night.

I'm going to go ahead and say that my dog will destroy that guy's dog.

Destroy him with adorableness.

I saw some talk of Pit Bulls here and I thought I'd share a picture of a pit that I am close friends with. Her name is Marge.
