I knew about that from reading his wikipedia article, which was not nearly as detailed as this piece. Where, I wonder, did this person get all of this particular information.

I'm not sure I'm down with the thrust of this article... I think I just might hate the ShamWow guy a little bit more than I do Scientology.  I hope he continues to be a thorn in their side but eventually loses the court case.  This way, all his proceeds from the commercials are lost, and he ends up doing bumper segments for VH1's 'I Love The Oughts' in 2013.
