I dunno if you missed anything, but yes, Julie is now based in Miami. She and Laurie are roommates for a new reality show. It sounds like it's going to be really funny.

That's going to be on VH2 right? I also heard something about Fredricks making a guest appearance.

How about a revival of Three's Company with Julie, Laurie, and Samir? Fredericks could play Mr. Furley. I'd watch it.
