Kasabian's the group, but I'd never heard of them before.  I only know about the video because someone posted a link to it on the board for my group in Urban Dead (a zombie MMORPG).  It must be newish:  a search for Richard Ayoade's music videos that I ran fairly recently did not turn up this one.
