between a (possibly)-broken-arm induced break in my exercise routine and professional-anxiety-fueled eating and drinking binges, I'm going to gain 20 pounds in the next month.

Next time you have to drive a few miles, ride your bike instead.  Then after that, when you're used to it, don't drive anymore unless it's more than 10 miles.  etc.  Done and done.

We all need goals.  Hugger.

Good Luck.

May I suggest Barley Wine instead of beer?

Hugman, you can ride a stationary bike or something, can't you? NO EXCUSES!

And take the pain pills sparingly. You can get great things (art, better drugs) by trading them!

Anyone else trying to maintain a low sodium diet? There so much sodium in everything!

I know this is obvious, but all you really have to do is give up processed food and most restaurants.

Dracula would have a terrible time cutting down his sodium intake.

He could suck the blood of these low-sodium freaks.

Where's my salt shaker?

Haven't you seen Harper's Island? Lost's Hurley has made lovable fat guys hot again; think of breaking your arm as a career move. You could be the next (dead ringer for dfk) John Candy!!! (not really I am not that handsome)

Drunk Tank- not so much a time
George St.- I'm havin' a time
Brenda- I'm havin' a time
Bingo- I'm havin' a time
House Arrest- I'm still havin' a time

I might quit smoking. I heard it's unhealthy and it makes jogging so much more difficult.

I ride a "stationery" bike.  It's not very durable.
