Omar, for future reference, the name of the street in Staten Island of which Tom is infatuated is "Hylan Boulevard." Not "Highland Boulevard."

Thanks for the correction.  The first time Tom ever did a riff on said street, I was pretty sure that he was saying "Highland".  I then typed "Highland Blvd Staten Island" into Google, and it appears that there is such a boulevard in the jewel of the Narrows.  Hence my bush-league citations.
