In America, the showing of a nipple or a swear word on a
free television channel, as opposed to a
cable television show a click away, is a matter of huge national importance and subjects the offender to enornmous fines, potentially in the millions, possible criminal sanction, and Congressional hearings. I would not expect a foreigner like yourself to understand the distinction.
