Ha ha Canadians are so polite.

I absolutely resent that. I am good and steamed now. If I had the means, I'd fly to your city, buy you a beer at your favorite bar and explain to you (without raising my voice, of course) why that is simply not the case.

Sorry I flew off the handle like that.

Apology accepted, Captain Needa.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

I made a service call to Qwest because my new modem was malfunctioning and after much dialogue the guy told me to 'unplug it when it's not in use and then when I come home plug it in'; he at first said that this was his own personal advice and then as we kept talking about it he claimed it was on the F.A.Q.s for troubleshooting on the Qwest homepage.

So I calmly asked him to direct me to the webpage where it said I should 'plug in my modem when I get home' and the call quickly escalated from there. It ended up w/ me saying something like "you just made that up, didn't you" and he apologizing and then trying to get me to apologize sort of. My blood is starting to boil just thinking about that call. My modem is still on the fritz.

His name was Timothy.

That guy causes trouble for every service he answers for.

I hate that Tim. He's always hovering over me asking me for gum.
