I live in a four bedroom apartment in Spanish Harlem, and right now my roommates and I are three looking for a fourth to move in on March 1. Just a couple of blocks away from 116th and 125th station on the 4/5/6, and a five minute walk to the 116th stop on the 2/3. 20 minutes to Union Square on the express, 15 minute walk to Columbia.
Right now we're one guy and two girls, all friendly, so you should be okay with co-ed living.
-Rent is $750/mo
-The apartment is furnished, but the room is currently unfurnished.
-Full kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, etc.
-Very large shared area. For real. Like, huge.
-Grocery store and laundromat three blocks away, Central Park less than 10.
-Wi/Fi + electricity bills less than $30/mo
-Race, age, gender, etc. are not a problem
