Pushing Daisies Season 1
« on: April 20, 2010, 04:15:36 PM »
I have a copy of the first season of Pushing Daisies that I've watched once and is in mint condition. The show is great fun with pretty awesome visuals and the added bonus of Kristin Chenowith (that Broadway sprite with the Conservative streak) singing "Birdhouse in Your Soul".

My asking price is 8 dollars plus shipping but I'm willing trade. I like comics, movies, TV, books, and music.

Does she have a conservative streak?  Damn, I didn't want to know that.

Many think she does, but she says not exactly.  She is definitely a devout Christian.

Look here:

"I think there's a misconception about me because I am a person of faith that I'm also very conservative and very - and I am conservative in a lot of my views, but I'm also very liberal in a lot of my views."

More relatedly to the Best Show (at least historically) ... apparently, she is the inspiration for the character of Harriet Hayes from Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip as she is creator Aaron Sorkin's former girlfriend.
