Oh sure it's cute, but I'm posting it because of the awesome Scharplingism in the last 10 seconds.

"Next time Cookie Monster can do it with you. Get off my phone."

That's probably the best Sesame Street thing ever. Kermit's frustrated grimaces, that goofy little superimposed drawing of Cookie Monster, the girl's last-second "I love you" basically turning the whole tone of the thing on a dime -- that all had to be pretty much off-the-cuff, right? Man, what I wouldn't give to see some actual legit outtakes of kids just refusing to play along and the Muppets attempting to reel things back in.

Me too. Here's a nice topic for possible fruitful discussion; what distinguishes unacceptably saccherine from sincerely sweet? This is an example of the latter.

I just watched the ad for that stupid chair (I question the likelihood of being able to keyboard accurately while one's lower half is being swiveled about violently; also, I hope the thing changes directions, or users will grow quite lopsided) and had one of those "of course, you idiot" moments, to wit:  As I watched, I thought to myself, "More of a hula hoop chair than a Hawaii chair," and then for the first time in my life realized that hula hoops are named after the hula dance.  Don't ask me.  Guess I'm as stupid as the chair.
