I listened to the 8/9 archive, and I was aware of the announcement of the Ban, but I think I somehow missed the on-air announcement.  At what time during the show is the Ban issued?

Love the saucy universe episodes. Was talking about this w/Sarah on the twitter earlier - In going through all the TOS eps for the first time in forever, I'd forgotten how many episodes take place on some planet where the aliens are wearing whatever costumes they can dig up in Paramount's costume department - the Thirties Planet, the Nazi Planet, etc etc.
