Keeping up the plugging/shamelessness theme, my band The Waylons are playing at DC9 this Saturday, June 16. It's our first trip to DC and seeing some FOTs there would be cool (but not mandatory).

I'm getting a bit antsy about finding my next roommate so I thought I'd try here.  Please forward this to your friends if you think this would interest them.

My buddy Jeff (the dancing guy in the suit from my video entry) and I need a roommate for November 1st, for a sweet house in Alexandria, VA. 
It's located 3 minutes from I-395 and 10 minutes from the Metro, near plenty of everything, but in a very quiet woodsy neighborhood.
The rent would be in the 550-750 range, depending upon the bedroom configuration.  We need to find someone to commit to a 1+ year lease in the next couple of weeks.

Ideally,we'd like someone in their late 20s to late 30s, M or F, S or G, laid back, friendly, not trying to throw a lot of parties.
Couples would be considered as long as one of them is on the lease.  Must be cool with cats.

Creative types encouraged! 
A FOT or a FOFOT would be awesome.

It's an odd way of saying that all pets are allowable. We're going to have only cats.

Nice house! It's huge!!

Not yet - we're still holding out for a friend or a friend of a friend.
The place, for the size and location, is a STEAL.  We've been watching the classifieds for months and this is far and away the best place for us.
Even though it's been sitting on the market for 5 months, I'm scared that we're gonna lose it if we don't act soon. Wish me luck!
