Here's the Google Doc with the Entourage screenplay ideas and other notes I made during the show.

It wouldn't be complete without a pointless cameo from a marble-mouthed sports celebrity.

Entourage is so dumb that it's impossible to parody. It's already at rock bottom, it can't get any dumber.
