Also, personal notes:

1. That Morgen song was killer. MORE PROG in 2015.
2. Same with Damaged Bug. Never heard of it, but it was awesome. Started to play the LP last night but had to go to bed at some point.

You gotta get on board with the Once & Future Band.... Darren from work and I loved the EP so much we both sent Tom a copy without the other knowing about it. "Oh, you sent Tom a copy of Once & Future Band? Hahah, so did I!"

Does anybody else send Tom records they think he'd like? Everybody does that right? Totally normal.

Is there a reason all of the songs were off the Free Music Archive? Not complaining, just wondering.

I missed the first hour of yesterday's episode, but I imagine it has something to do with copyright law, correct?

I was wondering that too. This was the first episode with ads too, right?

I saw someone just ask this on Twitter, but was Goner the "sponsor" for this episode? Whatever the answer, having labels featured on the show is a GREAT idea. New music to hear, cleared music for the show -- we all win!

I don't know the specifics, but I imagine it was about getting music that didn't have to be edited out of the podcast version. Goner got several plugs as a result, and rightfully so. It's a great label. Tom's a fan. And Goner jumped to the plate when Tom asked for labels wiling to help out with music.

i was hoping the music would show up on the podcast because of this. :( i bet it has to do with the way iTunes classifies podcasts. thanks everyone who helps post the playlist though. that's the next best thing.

Tom doesn't have a very eclectic taste in music does he.
