Trying to figure out who this guy is. The art by Casey Burns, CD Liner Artwork from "Hippy Justice". Here's the track listing:

Disc One
1. Hippy Johnny
2. Old Skull
3. Darren From Work

Disc Two
1. Timmy Von Trimble
2. Rock 'n' Roll Car Dealership
3. Kid eBay

It would probably be more obvious if I listened to all the tracks again but I can't at the moment!

I believe that is Timmy von Trimble.

He has a full beard and drives a vintage Hot Wheels (not that '80s crap) and wears vintage Ken clothing - he looks like Robert Reed circa '74.

Took awhile to figure that one out!

Thanks buffcoat! yeah, that WAS hard, because I recently listened to Timmy Von Trimble and it still didn't ring a bell. But I think you're right.
