I'm sure I'll live to regret this, but I'm in.

For the record, I also have four doubtful though luckily none injured.

Is there any way to see other people's team selections now or do we have to wait until the season starts?

Just joined the board a little bit ago and haven't really introduced myself yet. I love fontasy EPL though, and hope it's not bad form to join up without at least saying hello first. So hello, I'm ted_! Ted works great too. I am yet-another FOT MLIS student, living in San Francisco but originally from Austin, TX.

I think the game keeps everyone's respective roster secret until that first game day.

Here's my roster so far, Footy Boy Roy.

I don't usually watch EPL but I do watch some of country v country matches in the WC and Euro. I have only seen about 1/2 these guys ever play. So I'm very confident.

Howard       Goalkeeper
Distin       Defender
Savic       Defender
Hughes       Defender
Huth       Defender
Dempsey       Midfielder
Silva       Midfielder
Maxi Rodriguez       Midfielder
Bale       Midfielder
Jones       Forward
Ba       Forward
Hennessey       Goalkeeper
Brunt       Midfielder
Hernandez       Forward
Djourou       Defender

I strongly recommend the Guardian's football podcast, Football Weekly, which just returned after a summer away.

Those of you less familiar with players and teams may learn a thing or do. And you'll get a laugh from Barry Glendenning.
"Son, there's a thin line between crazed and rabid"

I just revamped my entire team. I had three injured and three doubtful and I'm pretty sure the coach was kidnapped, the stadium was on fire and all my players boots had the spikes on the INSIDE of their shoes. Weird.

Well, I started at least two people from the suspended Tottenham-Everton match.  Just doing my part to show those hooligans that we will carry on.
