Beautiful! Looks like you had great weather too.

Monte Carlo is weird. Love it though.

Great pictures. I'm jealous too. I really like the picture of the roofs in Croatia. What was that magician statue in Croatia, seriously?

I think we ended up in the ~$3,500/person range, but we took the lazy way out.  It could be done for much cheaper.

Croatia was really beautiful and they are really pushing to become tourist attractions.  The people were very friendly and the exchange rate was incredible.  Croatia and Slovenia were my favorites for sure.  Not as much to see, but they were laid back.

That goat is the mascot of Koper and his name is "Big Goat"  he was a HUGE dude.  I'm not a little guy and he dwarfed me.

Monaco was ok.  It would be an awesome little country, but there is something about it that didn't sit right with me.  A weird analogy: it felt like Beverly Hills.  You hear about how awesome it is all the time (rich and fancy, etc...), it really is pretty cool when you get there, but you're left feeling like "Ok, it's cool, but not all that cool."  Still very neat, just not as cool as it thinks it is.

That crooked tower in Venice.... I was there last year for the Biennale (first time traveling like that really), we stayed a few Dr. Seuss-like blocks away from there. (next to the giant skull made out of tin cans)

Was just in Zadar, Croatia on the weekend and can confirm that the Croatian coastline is fantastic.  I would suggest it is worth heading over just to cruise around on a yacht for 2 weeks as it is not that expensive.  Plus Roman Buildings next to crystal clear water and cheap beers.  Pretty amazing public spaces too.

looks like you had a great time & great pics.

did you go to the top of that tower in luca - with the trees on it? when i went up there there was a little old man who took my ticket at the top. its a good tower. not many of them have trees.
